2. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:

- APIs and notifications,

- communications relating to the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party platforms, cloud providers, payment providers, app stores, or external services that may integrate with the Services.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account and Registration Information
When you register or use the Services, we may collect:
- name,
- email address,
- phone number (for WhatsApp notifications),
- authentication provider identity (Microsoft, Google, or email/password via Entra External ID).
3.2 Azure Subscription Data
We collect only what is necessary to deliver budget alerts:
- Azure subscription IDs and display names you choose to monitor,
- webhook URLs generated by Azure Budget Alerts,
- cost and spend data received via webhook payloads from Microsoft Azure.
We do not store Azure credentials, access tokens, or client secrets of any kind.
3.3 Usage and Technical Data
- IP address and browser/device information for security logging,
- session identifiers,
- pages visited and features used within the Services,
- error and diagnostic logs.
3.4 Payment Information
Payments are processed by Paddle. We receive only plan-level information (plan ID, subscription status) from Paddle webhooks. We do not store card numbers or billing details.

We share data only where necessary:
- WhatsApp Business API provider — to deliver notification messages.
- Microsoft Azure / Entra External ID — for authentication.
- Paddle — for payment processing.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — Microsoft Azure (SQL, App Service, Key Vault).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request deletion of your data,
- object to or restrict processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
